Because it's raining here right now, and because I wanted to draw something with animated rain. XD

Anyway~ she's just a random OC, and WOOT~ our classes were suspended today, so yeah~ something to draw. I absolutely love how I colored the umbrella here @_@ it's so...pretty. *shot* well, yeah, anyway...
